Next Thursday, May 16 at 6:30 pm in the conference room of the Museo Arqueológico Nacional will take place the Round Table "Collecting Greek art. The formation of the Greek collections in the museums of Spain and Portugal", where they will participate Xavier Aquilué (Centre Iberia Graeca-Museu d'Arqueologia de Catalunya), Paloma Cabrera (Museo Arqueológico Nacional), Eduardo García (Junta de Andalucía. Consejería de Cultura y Patrimonio Histórico. Delegación Territorial en Málaga), Margarita Moreno (Museo Arqueológico Nacional) and Carmen Sánchez (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid). In the Round Table will discuss about the collection of works of art of Greek origin from the 18th century to the present and its presence in different museums and collections of the Iberian Peninsula.
