The Museu d’Arqueologia de Catalunya (MAC) has organized a “Conference on Greek Numismatics in the Iberian Peninsula” that will be held on June 16 and 17 at the MAC-Barcelona headquarters. Its objective is to publicize the current state of research on the circulation of the Greek coin in Iberia through various communications. There will also be a Roundtable Discussion on numismatic databases and their importance in archaeological research, where some examples that are currently being carried out will be presented. The monograph La moneda grega a Ibèria. Seques i circulació monetària. In memoriam Paloma Cabrera Bonet will be presented as part of the Conference.
