Session on Greek pottery at the next Annual Meeting of the European Association of Archaeologists

The European Association of Archaeologists (EAA) will hold its 28th annual meeting in Budapest (Hungary) from August 31 to September 3 of next year. Among the many scientific sessions in which you can participate with oral interventions or posters, this year has included a session on Greek pottery in Antiquity. Entitled “As Far as Vases Go: Studies on Ancient Greek Pottery Trade and Its Contexts” the session aims to address different study topics on Greek pottery: trade, distribution in the Mediterranean, reference pottery contexts and the resignification of Greek pots among non-Hellenic peoples. The session is organized by Dr. Diana Rodríguez Pérez (University of Oxford: Beazley Archive Pottery Database), Dr. Agustín Díez Castillo and Alejandro Garés Molero (Universitat de València). The deadline to the abstract submission of the contributions is February 10, 2022.
