Published the book Analyse et exploitation des timbres amphoriques grecs

Recently, the monograph Analyse et exploitation des timbres amphoriques grecs has appeared, edited by Nathan Badoud and Antigone Marangou (Presses Universitaires de Rennes, Rennes, 2019). The book covers the proceedings of the International Colloquium held in Athens, on 3-5 February 2010, on the different stamps that appear on Greek amphorae from the Archaic period to the Hellenistic period. The thirty-seven articles published, of great scientific value, are grouped into several blocks. An introductory section, another on the characteristics of the stamping, another on the different production centres of the amphorae with stamps (Thasos, Black Sea, Asia Minor, Rhodes, Marseille…), another on the distribution and trade of these amphorae (Cyprus, Cilicia, Thrace…) and a final chapter of conclusions. Surprisingly, there is no work on the presence of these materials in Iberia (although they are documented, especially in Emporion and its area of influence), which would have completed the distribution of these products in the westernmost on the Mediterranean.
